I actually think they overstated the amount of calories in an apple (about 60 calories), carrots (about 70 calories pictured) and celery (about 50 calories pictured).
Which proves the point even further — you can eat a heck of a lot MORE healthy food than you can with processed junk!!
And at a 9min/mile pace, that’s 6.6 miles! Do that 5 days a week, and you’re running more than 33 miles a week! One hour a day could literally change your life.
