Goodbye!

I’m not really sure how to write this post and I think that maybe I shouldn’t be writing it either, but I feel as though I’ve needed to do it for a while and now is the time.

I will no longer be updating or using this blog anymore. Long story short, I don’t feel as passionate about blogging as I used to. I want you guys to be able to read posts from somebody who’s really happy to be writing them, and at the moment I don’t feel like I’m doing that.

I’ll always have a soft spot for this blog and everyone who follows and reads it. Thank you so much to my followers, all 4597 of you, and to everyone has supported me throughout the year and bit that I’ve run this tumblr. You have helped me change, motivated me and inspired me.

Sorry this has taken so long to reply to!

A lot of things motivate me but I think the biggest is probably my running teammates. They work so hard and give training their all so it inspires me to do the same :) Also, I love what I do - eating healthy and running makes me really happy haha. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Tonight I’m going to be in a situation with lots of people and lots of fear foods, but I’m promising myself that I won’t freak out. I’ll just breathe and tell myself that the night is about the people there. I’m going to be okay.

Taking a new direction

The long break from blogging really gave me some time to think about tumblr. I credit the fitblr community for helping me break out of the very unhealthy mindset that I had at the beginning of last year. Tumblr has helped me so much in that respect, in helping me overcome that and strive to be a healthy individual. However, I’m beginning to realise that whilst I’m moving on, I’m still not where I want to be (healthy relationship with food, solid positive body image) and I think that tumblr can once again help me out here.

Before I took the break, I realised that I wasn’t really blogging for me anymore. I was posting stuff that I thought people would like to read, which isn’t what I wanted eatcleanrundirty to be about. From now on, I’ll try to make this blog really reflect me. I’m guessing that will involve lots of personal posts involving running, trying to build a healthy relationship with food, things that inspire me and random thoughts. I guess we’ll have to wait and see :)

Taking a break.

Hi guys, I’m taking a break from tumblr for a little while. I sort of already am, since I haven’t been posting much lately. A few things have come up for me recently - nothing bad! I feel like I need to take a break from tumblr, though. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks, but for now, I’m on a brief hiatus. Thanks for all your support :) xxx

There is a lot happening outside of tumblr and outside of just health and fitness. I wish I had more time to post, but for the meantime these things take priority. It’s nothing bad, just that they take up a lot of my time :)

Thoughts: I’ve neglected lifting so much in the past two months so I’m pretty surprised that I’ve managed to maintain (most of) the strength I had in January! Anyway, really looking forward to going back to lifting regularly and seeing some improvements :)
